Building on the 10year success of our Be the Change programme, we have launched the 'Improvement Movement', a second social movement for change at ASPH. Working in the current context that is healthcare today is challenging - resources are poor, demand is high and the pressure is on. This can be pretty demotivating when it comes to improvement, but being part of a social movement where everyone is striving towards a common goal is very motivating, helping to overcome feelings of inertia and isolation.
